Key Responsibilities
You’ll help create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive by:
- Planning fun, play‑based activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Supporting personal care and encouraging independence
- Tracking children’s progress through observations and learning records
- Following safeguarding and health and safety procedures
- Building positive relationships with parents and colleagues
What we’re looking for
You’ll need:
- A full and relevant Level 3 EYFS qualification
- Experience working with children aged 2-5 in an early years setting
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A caring approach and commitment to safeguarding
