FIM (Fulcrum Infrastructure Management) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of healthcare assets in a challenging PPP/PFI environment. You will manage contractual compliance, performance and stakeholder satisfaction across sites, coordinating with FM partners, contractors and tenants to ensure service levels are met.
