As separate schools within a federation, colleagues benefit from the best of both worlds: the stability of Twynham’s established success and the energy of TGS’s rapid improvement journey. In fact, TGS was recognised as one of the top 35 most improved schools nationally in 2024. This collaboration offers a fantastic opportunity to work with colleagues across two schools and two different contexts, providing excellent professional development.

This post would suit a colleague in the early stages of their career who is looking for a role that offers outstanding experience and future career opportunities. At Twynham TGS we are proud of our strong culture of collaboration and professional growth. • Access to national discounts on a wide variety of huge brands

  • Automatic membership of the Teachers Pension Scheme
