Senior Key Account Manager, Enterprise Growth & Retention

Zinc in London is hiring a Key Account Manager for our mixed enterprise market portfolio. You will own a portfolio starting at £100k+ ARR, handling renewals, pricing, expansion and risk with white-glove service for top clients across healthcare, education, finance, and more.

You will manage full commercial ownership, maintain client relationships, and drive retention with a focus on growth, pricing strategy and cross-functional collaboration with Support, Product and Operations.
