Guest Services Desk Agent — Flexible Hours & Room Ops

Seminole Gaming is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Bristol to manage room check-outs, handle guest requests, and maintain accurate room statuses. You will respond to phone inquiries, assist guests at checkout (including video check-out), and provide bell services as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent is required; some front desk/hotel experience is preferred. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
