Brakes in the UK is recruiting a Customer Support Advisor to join the busy contact centre team. Salary is 28,110 per annum, with an excellent monthly bonus and a range of benefits. Working 37.5 hours per week over 5/7 days, including weekends on a rota basis.

The role involves handling inbound/outbound contacts, order placement, query resolution and service issue management, delivering great customer care in line with Brakes’ values and service standards.
