Branch Customer Support — Flexible Hours

Lloyds Banking Group in Aberdeen is seeking a Customer Support adviser for a full-time, branch-based role at Queens Cross & Upperkirkgate. You will provide face-to-face support to customers and assist with essential banking tasks while guiding customers through important moments.

You will promote digital services, help customers use online and mobile banking, and work with colleagues to meet customer needs. Flexibility to cover Saturdays will be required.
