Community Care & Outreach Worker – 40hrs; Driver

Care By Us Welham Green is recruiting three Care & Community Support Workers to deliver preventative breaks across Hertfordshire. You’ll visit people at home, support unpaid carers, and help communities stay connected.

You’ll travel between towns, drive your own vehicle, and commit to 40 hours per week on a six-month fixed-term contract with the chance to go permanent. Training is provided and mileage is reimbursed.
