Flexible Senior Care Lead (Bank)

Barchester Healthcare seeks a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a care home. The role is casual and part-time with flexible hours.

You will supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and help the clinical team with medication, assessments, care plans and reviews while ensuring residents’ dignity and preferences are respected. You should hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care with knowledge of elderly clinical care.
