1:1 Female Support Worker for Mental Health & Community Living

CJP Outreach Services is seeking caring and motivated female support workers to join a new team supporting a 48-year-old woman as she moves from a long-term inpatient setting into her home in Wellington, Somerset. The role focuses on empowering R to lead a more independent life with personalised, 1:1 support.

We value empathetic, patient staff who can work flexibly in a 24/7 rota with a focus on safety, wellbeing and community integration. Driving licence preferred and DBS checks are required.
