Senior Practitioner – Children’s Social Work Academy Lead

Connect2Luton, on behalf of Luton Borough Council’s Children Services, seeks a Senior Practitioner to develop practice and supervise Newly Qualified Social Workers within the Social Work Academy. The role supports the academy, mentors staff, and delivers training on audit-driven themes to promote excellence across Children Services.

The post involves co-working complex cases with NQSWs, guiding decision-making, and contributing to annual assessments at 3, 6, and 12 months.
