An experienced residential conveyancer is sought by a specialist property practice in Central London that has a steady flow of quality instructions. Conveyancing sits at the core of this business rather than alongside it, so the work is well supported and properly valued. You’ll run your own caseload of freehold and leasehold matters from instruction through to post-completion.

The work includes:

• Residential sales and purchases
• Leasehold transactions
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity

This would suit a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Executive who is confident running a caseload with minimal supervision and wants to be part of a specialist team.
