Field Service Technician (Maintenance) – On-site Install & Repair

Focal Systems is expanding its Field Service team in Norwich to maintain and install camera hardware across customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure installations meet company standards while adhering to safety protocols.

This casual, zero-hours role involves on call shifts, possible overnight work, and travel to multiple sites, with an emphasis on timely, quality service and strong communication with supervisors and clients.
