Senior Growth & Digital Manager (15-Month Maternity Cover)

Wonderfield Group is seeking a commercially minded Senior Growth and Digital Manager for a 15‑month maternity cover. You will own UK&I digital strategy, leveraging customer insights to drive revenue, engagement and brand growth across YO!, Panku, Taiko Foods.

You will lead digital marketing campaigns, CRM and loyalty initiatives, optimise websites, manage agencies, and mentor a team of five, delivering measurable improvements while ensuring GDPR compliance.
