Customer Care Operations Lead (Hybrid)

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Customer Care Office Manager in the United Kingdom. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Care office, drive customer satisfaction and ensure issues are resolved promptly in line with BDW standards and KPIs.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Care, you will coordinate with Construction, Commercial, Technical and Sales teams, manage staff, and ensure comprehensive use of IT systems to capture defects and customer contacts.
