Residential Care Manager – Complex Needs & ABA/PBS

Alternative Futures Group in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Registered Adult Care Home Manager to oversee our highly specialist residential care service. The service provides an least restrictive, community-focused approach for individuals with complex needs, with 24-hour dedicated support.

You will lead the day-to-day delivery, ensure CQC compliance, promote respect, equality and independence, and work with the MDT to develop personalised outcomes.
