IT Services Technician: Onsite Support & Tech Enablement

The City of Liverpool College is seeking an IT Services Officer to join the on-site IT team in Liverpool. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will provide 1st-3rd line support, manage site resources, deploy hardware and software, and help maintain the college’s desktop systems and local applications.

This permanent role focuses on delivering reliable IT services for teaching and learning, ensuring SLAs are met, and supporting technology-enhanced learning equipment across college centres.
