Job Description:
iBC Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Specialist to join our Adults Residential service in Stoke-on-Trent. You’ll work closely with the PBS Lead and Registered Manager to develop evidence-based PBS strategies that improve quality of life and reduce restrictive practices.
You’ll conduct assessments, coach staff, and champion person-centred, least-restrictive support while maintaining professional development and staying current with PBS research.
