Senior Occupational Therapist – Palliative & Community Care

St Barnabas Hospice in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our community-based Specialist Palliative Care team. You will work autonomously to support patients to identify goals and live well with their palliative diagnosis, delivering tailored therapy in patients’ homes and at our wellbeing hubs.
