Capability Scotland is hiring a Team Leader for Stanmore House Residential & Life Skills Service. You will support the Service Manager, lead staff, manage rotas, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for young people with complex needs in Lanark.
The role requires strong teamwork, health and safety focus, and experience in social care leadership. 37 hours weekly, with flexible on-call requirements and potential extra payments where applicable.
