Lead Simulator Engineer – 24/7 Shift & Maintenance

AIR ONE International Holdings in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee day-to-day operation of up to four Full Flight Simulators, lead junior technicians, and liaise with flight crews.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain RAMS, write QTG schedules, and manage a flexible 24×7 shift pattern (4 on, 4 off or 4 on, 12 off). The role requires leadership experience and strong fault diagnosis.
