CRM Support Officer – Tessitura & Training

National Museums is seeking a CRM Support Officer to join its data-driven team on a permanent, full-time basis, 35 hours per week. The role is hybrid with options to base at London, Manchester, Bradford or York.

You will provide day-to-day Tessitura support, embed the CRM across departments, identify training needs and deliver training to staff, helping us use CRM to enhance visitor insights and engagement.
