Flexible Community Nurse – Holistic Home Care (Band 5)

Sirona care & health CIC is seeking a Community Nurse (Band 5) to work in our Integrated Neighbourhood Teams across Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire. You will provide home-based nursing care within a multidisciplinary team and support service users on their healthcare journey.
