HR Assistant: Grow into an HR Generalist (On-site)

Quick Staff UK is recruiting an HR Assistant to join an established manufacturing business in the Tredegar area. The role offers varied, hands-on HR work alongside the HR Manager, with progression toward an HR Officer/Generalist role as experience grows.

The position is 37.5 hours per week, on-site, with a Friday early finish and an ASAP start. You will develop across recruitment, employee relations, absence management, policies, and HR administration in a supportive environment.
