Senior Employee Relations Advisor: Empowering Managers

JD Group is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to provide first line ER guidance across Retail, Gyms, Supply Chain and Head Office. You will handle investigations, absence management and policy queries with accuracy and empathy.

In this role you will stay up to date with employment law, support line managers, maintain GDPR-compliant records and contribute to continuous improvements within the People team. Flexibility to work outside standard hours may be required.
