Night Shift Senior Care Lead

Bupa in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to cover night shifts at Heol Don Care Home. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, support with clinical duties, observe and assist with medication, and ensure high quality, person-centred care.

You will work closely with nurses, GPs, and families to deliver dignified care, develop staff, and maintain accurate records. The role is permanent, with 12-hour nights and alternate weekends.
