Leeds Town Planning Leader — Associate Director/Director

Penguin Recruitment is seeking an embedded Associate Director/Director to lead and grow a Leeds regional presence. The role focuses on delivering strategic planning advice, securing new instructions and representing the consultancy with senior clients.

You will develop client networks, supervise planning projects and help recruit and mentor team members while travelling to Kent and London as needed. A strong track record in private planning consultancy and leadership is essential.
