Senior Power Module Design Engineer (Si/SiC) – R&D

Microchip Technology Inc. Caldicot site designs and delivers next generation electronic module solutions for global markets, focusing on Si/SiC power modules. You will research, design, develop and evaluate new packaging concepts, prototypes, and products in a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years of power module design experience, and proficiency with Altium Designer and simulation tools. Expect 0–25% travel as needed.
