Care Home Maintenance Operative – Flexible Hours & Training

St Philip’s Care is seeking a Maintenance Operative to support the day to day running of our busy Residential Care Home. You will report to the Care Centre Manager and carry out fabric maintenance, ensure safety and functionality of the home, and help keep grounds well presented.

The role requires a flexible approach, ability to prioritise tasks, and a good DIY skillset. You will also liaise with outside agencies and help maintain health and safety records.
