Seasonal Charity Retail Manager – Lead & Elevate Sales

C2 Recruitment is seeking a Seasonal Retail Manager for a busy pop-up shop in Bristol and other UK locations. Responsibilities include leading volunteers, driving sales, stock control and exceptional customer service during the October–December festive period.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or customer-facing experience and are comfortable supervising teams. Role offers both full-time and part-time options on a temporary contract basis.
