About you
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role, preferably within a high-volume HR environment
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation relevant to NI and other jurisdictions as needed
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Adept at building effective relationships with managers and employees at all levels
- Comfortable supporting organisational change and employee relations initiatives
What you’ll do
- Provide strategic HR support and guidance to managers, promoting proactive employee relations
- Lead employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives to foster a positive workplace
- Support absence management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling
- Contribute to HR projects and organisational change activities aligned with business goals
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to inform decision-making
