Housing Income Officer: Rent Arrears & Benefits

London Borough of Sutton is seeking an Income Officer to manage a patch of housing clients, focus on rent arrears, and maximise income through welfare benefits and Housing Benefit claims. You will work face-to-face with clients, applying policy and building constructive relationships.

You will monitor accounts, raise arrears letters, and help clients navigate benefits, aiming to meet KPIs and deliver positive outcomes within the Housing Advice Service.
