Income Officer – Housing & Benefits (Hybrid)

The London Borough of Sutton is recruiting an Income Officer for the Housing Advice Service in Sutton. You will manage a client caseload, visit clients, and follow policies to raise rent arrears and monitor accounts.

You will leverage welfare benefits knowledge to maximise income and assist Housing Benefit claims where needed, while building positive relationships with clients and working towards KPIs.
