MOT Tester – Audi Watford

As an MOT Tester at Group 1 Automotive, you will carry out MOT service and repair of vehicles to excellent standards, ensure quality inspection controls, maintain product knowledge, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out MOT service and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
• Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control on test results and additional work necessary.
• Ensuring quality inspection controls are carried out.
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

Qualifications & Skills

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
• Previous experience as an MOT Tester.
• Thorough and meticulous.
• Efficient & flexible.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Customer & quality awareness.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
