I am instructed by an international law firm that is seeking to recruit a mid-senior level M&A lawyer to join its Corporate practice on a 12-month fixed-term contract, commencing in October.
The role will involve a varied range of corporate transactions, including:
• Private M&A
• Joint ventures
• Shareholder agreements
The ideal candidate will have strong M&A experience gained from a leading City or international firm and will be comfortable handling complex, high-quality transactions.
