Kitchen Team Leader: Grow Toward Head Chef

Premier Inn Slough West is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day-to-day, manage rotas, place food orders and lead the team through busy services. You will work closely with the Hotel Manager to own food quality, hygiene and audit readiness.

It’s a hands-on leadership role designed to develop you toward Head Chef, with a 30-hour weekly schedule and a fixed-term contract to November 2026 at 40 Liverpool Road, Slough, Berkshire.
