Job Description Digital Construction Manager – Main Contractor n Location: West Yorkshire Salary: £60,000-£70,000 + Benefits Sector: Main Contracting/ Design n An established UK main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Digital Construction Manager to support a diverse portfolio of construction projects. n This is an excellent opportunity for a Digital Construction or BIM professional to take ownership of digital delivery processes, drive BIM implementation and improve information management across multiple projects. n Working closely with design, commercial and operational teams, you will play a key role in ensuring digital construction strategies are successfully implemented throughout the project lifecycle. n The Role n n n Lead the implementation of BIM and digital construction strategies. n n Manage project information in accordance with ISO 19650 and client requirements. n n Oversee Common Data Environments (CDEs), information workflows and digital compliance. n n Work closely with design, commercial and site teams to coordinate digital delivery. n n Support the adoption of digital construction software, systems and best practices. n n Provide guidance and training to project teams on BIM processes and information management. n n Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders to ensure digital requirements are achieved. n n Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through digital innovation. n n The Candidate n n n Previous experience as a Digital Construction Manager, BIM Manager, Digital Delivery Manager or similar. n n Strong knowledge of BIM methodologies, ISO 19650 and information management. n n Experience managing Common Data Environments and digital workflows. n n Background working on medium to large construction projects, ideally within a main contractor. n n Confident working with multidisciplinary design and construction teams. n n Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills. n n Relevant construction, BIM or digital construction qualifications are advantageous. n n Why Apply n n n £60,000-£70,000 salary + benefits package. n n Opportunity to work with an established UK main contractor. n n Exposure to a varied portfolio of construction projects. n n Opportunity to influence digital strategy and project delivery. n n Strong opportunities for professional development and career progression. n n Interested Apply now or get in touch for a confidential conversation about the opportunity. n n JBRP1_UKTJ
