Homeless Prevention & Housing Options Officer (Hybrid)

Wirral Council is recruiting a Homeless Advice & Prevention Officer to provide prevention advice and assist households at risk of homelessness. You will assess applications under current legislation, conduct investigations, and work to sustain housing or secure suitable accommodation.

Hybrid working is offered with 1–2 days per week at Birkenhead offices. Experience with homeless legislation, personalised housing plans, and managing a caseload is essential.
