Job Description Senior Quantity Surveyor n London n Salary: Depending on experience + benefits n Hybrid: 3 days office/site, 2 days home n Carriera is working with an established independent construction consultancy looking to appoint a Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor to its London team. n This is a particularly good opportunity for someone who has recently achieved MRICS and is ready to take on greater responsibility within a business where senior people remain genuinely accessible. n The team works across a broad mix of projects ranging from smaller specialist commissions through to major schemes approaching £250m. Current work spans heritage, commercial, hospitality, hotels, leisure, sports and wider property, with clients including major institutions and household names. n The requirement sits at the centre of the team.
