Job Description Care Outlook is an expanding leading care provider in London and South East of England since 2005. n n We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to support and lead our Extra Care Scheme, Marten House. n n The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the schemes and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our residents. n n Core Duties & Responsibilities as Deputy Manager: n n Being a positive voice for the service by communicating with service users and their families in a dignified and person-cantered way n Deliver services effectively and efficiently and have clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to ensure standards are continually met n Provide management, leadership, and support to all staff n Must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role including, but not limited to, providing support with dignified personal care and domestic tasks. n Ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders regarding the provision of services including commissioners, service users, relatives, social work teams etc. n Ensure that staff are trained for their roles and responsibilities and that all groups of staff within the team have access to appropriate training and learning opportunities. n Put in place measures to comply with CQC regulations and work to achieve the best care standards possible n On call duties n n n As a Deputy Manager, you will be offered the following: n n Salary £28,000 n Company issued mobile phone n Ongoing support and Professional Development n 20 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays n Opportunity to work in an expanding leading home care provider n n n We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join us who are: n n 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people n Level 3 in Health and Social Care leadership and management or equivalent desirable n At least 1 year managerial experience working in the care sector n Full UK driving license n n n We look forward to supporting your application. n n JBRP1_UKTJ
