Architectural Technician/Technical Architect (Outside IR35) – Remote
An award winning firm is looking for an Architectural Technologist to join them on an initial 6 month contract, this is to work fully remotely and is outside IR35.
The role would be working within stages 4-5 on a high rise residential block (cladding remediation elements) and a student accommodation development, both schemes in London.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Revit, able to produce strong packages at delivery stages.
- Experience on high rise residential or student accommodation schemes.
- Stages 4-5 expertise.
They are able to provide the Revit license through a remote set up, with interview slots commencing from the week of 24th August.
