Shovel Operator – Long-Term Housing Site Role

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Loaded Shovel Driver (Operator) for a busy housing site in Hemel Hempstead (HP1). The role is long-term with a 7:30–16:30 schedule and a 45-hour week. CIS payroll applies and payment is made via Marvel Payroll.

Requirements include a Loaded Shovel Card, CSCS and NPORS, PPE and prior experience. The candidate must be able to communicate well with on-site colleagues and follow instructions.
