Job Description Job Overview n Are you an experienced and dedicated care professional looking for your next opportunity? n Person Power Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of an established Children’s Residential Home for an experienced Deputy Manager. n You will support the overall management of the Children’s Residential Home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the Young People. Your proactive approach will help foster positive relationships with children, staff, and external agencies. You will play a key part in maintaining high standards of care, compliance with regulations, and promoting the well-being and development of every child in your care. n Duties n n Support the Registered Manager in ensuring the home operates in line with Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements. n Supervise, lead and develop staff. n Ensure all care practices adhere to safeguarding policies, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements. n Knowledge of care planning processes and the ability to adapt plans based on individual needs. n Promote a positive, child-centred culture and ensure the needs and welfare of young people remain at the heart of the company. n Build effective partnerships with local authorities, external professionals and social workers. n Help manage staff rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained. n Lead by example and promote professional standards across the staff team. n n Requirements n n Previous experience working within a Children’s Residential Home. n Experience in a Deputy Manager position for at least 2+ year. n Strong communication and interpersonal skills. n Relevant Level 3/4 qualification within Residential. n Level 5 qualification or working towards one (desirable). n Full UK Driving License and Full Right To Work. n n If this is of interest, please apply and we will be in contact with you. n n JBRP1_UKTJ
