Job Description Red Recruitment Group are supporting our National client with their requirement to source an experienced depot assistant branch manager in the Bar Hill area of Cambridgeshire. n The assistant branch manager will be employed to support the full running of the branch, and develop the company client base within the depot catchment area. n You will be overseeing and assisting in managing a team of: n Warehouse operatives n Warehouse supervisor n Delivery Drivers n This is a well established company within it’s marketplace. A true leader within their industry. n You will be: n Customer service focussed with a passion to deliver n Innovative and engaging with clients and staff n Have strong leadership skills with a team ethic to gain the best from your staff n Possess strong administration and KPI reporting experience n Be sales driven with the ability to generate sales forecasts for business development purposes n Hold strong experience in stock control reporting. n Have the ability to ensure the Branch operation operates to the strictest health and safety at all times. n We are looking for people to join the business for their long term career path and offer a salary review upon successful completion of the permanent probation period. n Immediate interviews are available from Monday 5th October. n The position is to start ASAP. n Hours of work are: n Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:30 n Every other Saturday 08:00 – 13:00 (Option to work every Saturday and also additional hours during the working week if desired) n A full clean UK car drivers licence is required as you may be covering for delivery driver absences on occasion. n £31’000 Basic start salary n **OTE with overtime £36’000+ n **Opportunities to work additional hours as overtime, along side the desire and commitment to support business success is essential. n Weekly paid for 2 weeks temp to permanent period, monthly paid thereafter when permanent. n n JBRP1_UKTJ
