Job Description Wimbledon, London n £40,000 – £45,000 per annum + Bonus n Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm n Permanent | Full Time n Your Recruitment Coach is recruiting for an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join a growing, family-run business based in Wimbledon. n Operating for over 10 years, our client provides a range of gas, heating, plumbing, electrical and drainage services across Greater London, with the majority of work covering West, South and South East London. n This is a permanent, salaried position offering a company van, fuel card, annual bonus and private healthcare. n The Role n As a Domestic Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for: n n n Boiler servicing, diagnostics, fault finding and repairs. n n Installing domestic boilers and heating systems. n n Completing gas safety inspections and certificates. n n Installing and repairing underfloor heating systems. n n Installing heating and smart heating controls. n n Installing and maintaining radiators, motorised valves and associated heating equipment. n n Diagnosing faults across domestic heating systems. n n Completing general plumbing maintenance when required. n n Repairing leaks to toilets, basins, sinks, urinals and associated plumbing. n n Attending emergency gas and water leaks. n n Producing detailed job reports to support quotations and invoicing. n n Communicating professionally with customers while on site. n n Identifying additional work where appropriate. n n Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. n n What We’re Looking For n The successful candidate will have: n n n A valid Gas Safe registration with the relevant domestic competencies. n n A Level 2 Plumbing qualification or higher. n n A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Gas Engineer. n n Strong experience servicing, repairing and fault finding domestic boilers. n n Good knowledge of domestic heating systems. n n Previous plumbing maintenance experience. n n Excellent customer service and communication skills. n n The ability to complete accurate and detailed job reports. n n A professional and presentable approach when dealing with customers. n n Flexibility around working hours when required. n n n JBRP1_UKTJ
