Maintenance Engineer
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure machinery reliability and performance reach world class levels. The successful candidate will enjoy a hands on role focused on preventative maintenance, continuous improvement, engineering planning and close collaboration with production teams and OEM engineers.
This is a permanent position providing the opportunity to work closely within an excellent engineering team in a clean, automated environment. The role offers direct involvement in daily operations, maintenance planning and interesting project lead work.

8 hour shift rotating on a weekly basis

The Role:
* Ensure machinery reliability, safety and performance* Identify and plan maintenance activity with engineering colleagues* Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes* Use the CMMS system to review maintenance history and identify future requirements* Work with production and cell teams to maximise process performance

* Experience in an engineering maintenance environment* Ability to plan and coordinate maintenance activity* Strong communication and collaborative working skills* Commitment to safe systems of work* Ability to support continuous improvement and machinery optimisation
