Senior Production Manager – Food Manufacturing Leader

The Flavour Network are partnering with a well-established food manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Production Manager. You will lead production teams, drive operational performance and uphold food safety, quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with the Factory Manager and cross-functional teams, you will implement continuous improvement, develop the team and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while controlling labour and waste.
