Warehouse Team Lead – Chilled Food Manufacturing

We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Clitheroe at The Compleat Food Group. You will lead from the front, supporting Supervisors and the Manager, taking ownership of your area and driving safety, quality and performance daily.

With 6,000+ colleagues across 18 sites and a focus on growth, you will manage Despatch, Goods In, Chiller, Ambient or Low Care, coach your team, plan rotas and ensure safe operations while using our WMS system.
