Quantity Surveyor

Due to continued growth and the award of new contracts across Northern Ireland, we are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in either Belfast or Cookstown.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project costs from inception through to final account.
• Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and cost reports.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients and project teams to ensure projects remain on budget.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular commercial updates.
• Attend site and progress meetings as required.

Criteria

• Degree, HND, HNC in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
