Description:We are hiring for our client, a well-established main contractor, who are seeking to appoint a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial build team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor with 1+ years’ experience to take the next step in their career and gain exposure to high-quality commercial projects across NI / ROI. You will work closely with senior commercial and site teams and play an integral role in supporting cost control, procurement, and contract administration.

The Role:
Assist with the preparation and analysis of project costs and budgets
Support the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor project progress, variations, and valuations
Prepare tender documents and reports
Liaise with the site and design teams to ensure commercial control
Maintain and update accurate records for cost reporting and forecasting
The Person:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
1+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with a main contractor
Knowledge of commercial construction methods and processes
Strong numeracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Willingness to travel between sites in NI / ROI
